What the heck does Rippah mean? How do you pronounce it?

Ripper is Australian slang meaning "really great" or "fantastic". Staying true to our roots, we've made it sound like how you would hear a bogan say it in the burbs "RIP-PAH."

How spicy is Rippah?

Yeah, nahhhhh. While it does have a bit of a kick, it's not gonna blow your socks off or have you chugging down milk.

Our chili oil is aromatic and fragrant with medium spice level. It gives that extra something something to whatever dish you're cookin' up.

What does Rippah taste like?

We're inspired by the mish-mash of food that we grew up with living in Australia.

Rippah is the love child of South-east Asian, Chinese and Indian flavours - citrusy from the lemongrass & kaffir lime leaves, sour from the tamarind, umami from the mushy seasoning, smokey from the black cardamom.

How long will Rippah last once opened?

Rippah has a shelf life of 1 year. It's recommended to refrigerate after opening.
