Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our hot sauces, chili oil purchases are non-refundable. However, if your products are damaged (broken), please provide a picture and send info (name, order number, picture, address) to holla@rippahchili.com and we will provide store credit/replacement of said item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
