one pail is 900g, a bit more than four jars, same o.g. that goes in the jar, same everything, just a lot more of it in a much less cute container. and it doesn't need the fridge. two years on the shelf, no preservatives, so it sits in the cupboard next to the olive oil and you're not racing a clock.
